- Product demand management over the extended raw material lead times, including forecasted scenario planning with customers.
- Raw material order book & inventory management to committed stock requirements in line with customer demand profiles and targeted stock turn performance.
- Kit delivery in line with customer manufacturing schedules driving world class on time in full performance.
Procurement
- Key supplier management for all raw materials, ensuring 100% material availability by collaboratively managing raw material supplier performance & KPIs.
Operations & Logistics
- Product manufacturing aligned to customer schedules, utilising Velocity’s state-of-the-art digital technologies.
- Packaging and identification of products to enable simplified customer physical/digital receiving processes and ensure raw material batch traceability & remaining life transferred to customers production system.
- Delivery and logistics management utilising temperature controlled vehicles.
- On-site customer support to manage ongoing utilisation of Velocity’s products and services.
Aerospace Quality Assurance
- AS9100 & AS9120 accredited for all facilities, together with Nadcap kitting service provider (KSP) AC7118 accreditation (Merit status).
- Comprehensive Aerospace OEM approvals.
Programmes
- Implementation management of all customer projects utilising gated project lifecycle management process.
